TERMS OF SALES
Paintings are currently located at the gallery in England,
and packing and shipping are available to all international destinations.
Although our descriptions and listed provenance are guaranteed,
there is no shipment "on approval". All goods must
be paid for prior to shipment. Personal checks are acceptable
(we reserve the right to hold shipment till check clears); overseas
customers may prefer to wire funds directly to our bank. We are
longstanding customers of BankBoston; account details provided
on request.
All orders are shipped in sturdy packaging. We cannot ship
to Post Office boxes; we must have a street address for delivery.
Shipping charges will be calculated and included in your order
confirmation. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service
or alternative carrier of your choosing. You are notified by
e-mail when your order is shipped.
All paintings come with a 7-day money-back guarantee when
returned undamaged. Client pays for shipping in both directions.
We will not disclose your name or order information
to anyone for any reason.

you regarding availability. If available, please tell us to hold
your choice and advise payment method and shipping preferences.
Make bank checks, money order, or personal checks payable
to R. O. Schmitt Fine Arts.
If paying by CASH IN LOCAL CURRENCY at current exchange rate,
send by REGISTERED AIR MAIL (fully insured).
