Robert Schmitt is pleased to announce the opening of a new department, dedicated to the resale of quality paintings. The Schmitts are members of the New Hampshire Antique Dealer’s Association, as well as several collector groups and have tried to highlight a myriad of paintings, a collection covering a broad range of taste and prices. Bob has allied himself with James Starkey, Esq, managing director of James Starkey Fine Art International, with head offices at Highgate, Beverly, Yorkshire, England. Mr. Starkey brings some 45 years of artistic experience to the partnership, and is available to provide additional written response to serious inquiries.
We understand it is difficult to buy without personally examining a painting, so we take great care in selecting the paintings we offer on the Internet. Our goal is to offer you the best condition available in fine arts paintings. Paintings are currently located at the gallery in England, and packing and shipping are available to all international destinations. Although our descriptions and listed provenance are guaranteed, there is no shipment "on approval". All goods must be paid for prior to shipment. Personal checks are acceptable; overseas customers may prefer to wire funds directly to our bank. We are longstanding customers of BankBoston; account details provided on request.
