This Ellery has a sprung under hairspring with a hidden stud, and the index is engraved on the plate.

And Note "Boston, Mass" is engraved on the barrel bridge, and in a wavy pattern.

It is tough to keep track of all these changing features and characteristics; and this is only half way through the lifetime of AWCo.'s production of Model 57s.

So, I had to get organized.
